About Our Business History

The journey of our business started by our forefathers of Directors of the
company who were in business of leather related items for Shoe industry in
India (before partition).

The Family is Called Wadhawan-Barkhurdaria.

Mian Allah Buksh (Late) started his business with his sons, at Karachi for
trading activities in Leather field, At Dacca in Leather field,and at Vehari for
Cotton Ginning business. Mian Nisar Ahmed Barkhurdaria started the business
in his ealy young age and proved his efficiencies in Cotton Ginning, namely
Sheikh Cotton Factory, Kharkhana Bazar, Vehari.

Mr. Haroon Nisar Son of  Mian Nisar Ahmed Barkhurdaria Started Business of  
Import & Export in the field of Rubber Scrap by importing from Germany and
Selling in the local Market in year:1974-75 and slowly adding new item and new
proprietorship companies in the name of his Brothers

The Business was started from 20m/Tons per Month & was increased after
getting new ventures with other countries in 1983.
The Business was increased to 4000 M/tons per year after introducing of new
cutting process by the company directors.
The other businesses were in the field of Poultry Equipment, Ferro Alloy,
Leather Scraps, iron & Steel Scrap and Various plastic Raw Materials.
In the mean time due to Increase of volume of Trade & Extra hectic work to control 4 companies.
It was decided by the Directors of the company to establish a private limited
Company in 1989.

Then a company Namely Mian Allah Buksh (pvt) LTD was established in 1989,
with aim to do import and Export Business for various general items Including:
Rubber wastes plastic wastes iron & steel Scrap & various other raw material for
steel industry including Ferro Alloys

Since then we have attended a good name among the leading impoters for raw
material and scrap or rubber, plastic, ferrous and non Ferrous products

Our yearly volume of import comes to approx 50 Million U$ Dollar

The company have its four directors having various fields Experience and have
proved there commitments for the company
